Real Estate Leasing Agent (The Valley)

Role Objective:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team, specifically focusing on Emaar’s premier family community, The Valley. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, responsible for the entire leasing lifecycle from lead generation to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the Community: Act as a brand ambassador for The Valley. You must be able to articulate the value of the Town Centre, Sports Village, and Golden Beach to families.
• Lead Management: Convert inquiries from Property Finder, Bayut, and social media into physical viewings.
• Conduct Tours: Showcase townhouses (Eden, Nara, Talía, etc.) with a focus on plot sizes, orientation, and proximity to community parks.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle offers, security deposits, and contract signatures with a high closing ratio.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competing communities (like Arabian Ranches 3 or Villa Nova) to ensure our listings remain competitively priced.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• The "Valley Specialist" Mindset: Previous experience leasing in suburban Emaar or DAMAC communities is a significant advantage.
• Firm Negotiator: Ability to defend rental prices and handle multiple-cheque negotiations effectively.
• UAE Driving License + Car: Mandatory. You will be spending 80% of your time on-site in The Valley.
• Language: Native or professional-level English is required; Arabic or Russian is a major plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
