Elysian Real Estate is hiring experienced Secondary Market Brokers specializing in Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

Based in our high-visibility Palm Jumeirah office, you’ll operate at the center of the communities you specialize in, positioning you directly in front of owners, buyers, investors, and high-value opportunities.

Your focus:

• Build and manage a strong portfolio of listings within your specialist area
• Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations
• Advise clients on pricing, positioning, and market strategy
• Convert buyer and tenant inquiries into transactions
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and repeat clients
• Collaborate closely with secondary and off-plan teams
• Establish yourself as a recognised market specialist within your community
• Maintain strong activity levels, pipeline management, and consistent market presence

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Dubai real estate experience with a strong understanding of the secondary market
• Knowledge of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, JBR, or Waterfront communities
• Professional, driven, and relationship-focused
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable within a structured, performance-led environment
• UAE driving license
