Real Estate Broker ( Russian speaker )

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Property Consultant to join our fast-growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire sales and leasing process with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and regulations
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients consistently

Requirements

• Fluent Russian speaker
• Proven experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work independently and handle client objections professionally
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred)
• Knowledge of Dubai property market is an advantage
