Real Estate Broker Secondary Market

Key Responsibilities – Secondary Market Broker
  • Handle the buying, selling, and leasing of secondary market properties across Dubai, with a focus on high-demand areas (e.g., JVC, Business Bay, Marina, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of property listings , ensuring accurate pricing, high-quality presentation, and market competitiveness.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms , and convert them into successful transactions.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
  • Advise clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors) using up-to-date market insights, pricing trends, and ROI analysis .
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and provide end-to-end transaction support from inquiry to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, management, and admin) to ensure smooth onboarding of listings and deals .
  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and compliance requirements , ensuring all transactions are legally sound.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and strong personal branding in the market.
