We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, professional, and passionate about helping buyers succeed in today’s market.

What will you do?

• Host open houses
• Tour properties with buyers
• Create property market analyses
• Write Contracts
• Negotiate, counsel & support buyers
• Attend team meetings
• Work with our transaction management team from contract through closing
• Utilize our customized CRM program
• Host 1st time homebuyer seminars

Necessary Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-service focused
• Able to manage multiple tasks/requests simultaneously
• Learning-based; ability to find solutions

Must be proficient in:

• Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc)

Requirements for this role:

• NYS Real estate license in good standing (we can help the right candidate obtain this)
• Social Media usage/understanding
• Over 18 years of age
• Driver’s license & vehicle required
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
