Real Estate Call Center Agent

We are hiring: Call Center Agent- Abu Dhabi

Providential Properties Management is a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, specializing in property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about company projects, properties, and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and inquiries.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Resolve client inquiries, complaints, or direct them to the right department.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-first mindset.
• UAE experience is a must.

Salary Structure:

Up to 3000 AED
