Real Estate Calling Agents (USA)

We are hiring motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Agents to contact homeowners in the United States and identify potential sellers. The role involves initiating conversations, building rapport, qualifying leads, and helping close real estate deals.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, sales confidence, and experience in outbound calling for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Build rapport and maintain professional conversations
• Coordinate with the acquisitions or closing team to move deals forward
• Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Confident, clear, and professional phone presence
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
• Understanding of real estate sales is a plus (training can be provided)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
