Role Overview

The Real Estate Client Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing property transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong sales expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to build trust with clients while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Manage property sales, leasing, and client onboarding processes.
• Provide expert guidance on real estate opportunities in Salalah and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and prepare reports for senior management.
• Represent Marble Homes SA at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, client management, or property consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Oman’s real estate market and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value clients.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO1,700.000 per month
