About This Role

You are not just taking calls you are directly responsible for generating revenue.

Every conversation, every follow-up, and every negotiation you handle has a direct impact on deal flow and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified warm leads, no cold calling
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners to identify their needs
• Evaluate properties, run comparables, and negotiate offers effectively
• Follow up consistently with potential sellers to close contracts efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and deal progress in CRM (HubSpot)
• Collaborate with acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure seamless deal handoffs

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (high-ticket preferred)
• Experience with CRMs and real estate tools (HubSpot, PropStream, Zillow, etc.)
• Motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset
