Real Estate Closing Assistant

Title company in Ocean Springs in need of a detail-oriented, highly motivated, coachable/trainable, receptive, growth-minded and skilled real estate closing assistant. Communication skills are also extremely important. A successful closing assistant will train to be able to perform all phases of a real estate transaction, from pre-closing, closing and post-closing. After training has ended, the goal would be for the assistant to move into handling title files on their own as a closer. Experience with Qualia and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
