REQUIRMENTS:

 A member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar.

 Current Notary License in the South Carolina

 Must be able to provide a clear background check report

 Proof of E&O Insurance

 Past experience with facilitating and over seeing the signing of residential real estate transactions including Purchases, Refinances, Home Equity Loans, Assumptions and Reverse Mortgages

 Be an organized individual with a professional appearance

 In-depth understanding of real estate laws, regulations

 Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with others

 Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between closings

 Ability to print and scan real estate loan packages up to 200 pages

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings out of office, while adhering to company, client and jurisdictional requirements

 Be professional and engaging with clients while providing the legal expertise necessary to finalize property transactions, safeguard clients' interests, and ensure that all aspects of the closing process are in compliance with relevant South Carolina law and regulations governing real estate closings in this attorney state
