We are currently seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant to join our expanding remote team in Pakistan. This full-time position offers a long-term opportunity for professional growth within a respected and performance-driven organization.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using High Level CRM for outbound calls and BatchLeads for lead management. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying motivated seller leads, managing CRM data, and assisting our acquisitions team in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. property owners daily using High Level CRM (auto-dialer)
• Qualify leads, collect property details, and set appointments for the acquisitions team
• Update and maintain CRM with accurate notes, follow-ups, and lead status
• Use BatchLeads for skip tracing, property data, and campaign tracking
• Conduct warm lead follow-ups through calls, SMS, or email
• Prepare and share daily performance and call reports
• Collaborate with the U.S.-based team through Zoom and CRM dashboards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of U.S. real estate cold calling experience (required)
• Proficiency in High Level CRM or similar dialers (CallTools, Mojo, GoHighLevel)
• Experience with BatchLeads or equivalent lead generation tools
• Excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, and fluent)
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
• Reliable internet, laptop/desktop, and a quiet workspace
• Must be able to work U.S. night shift hours (EST)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Real Estate, or related field)

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000/month
• Commission: Paid separately per qualified lead and closed deal
• Top performers regularly earn PKR 100,000 – 200,000+ per month including bonuses
• Training provided on GA Real Estate Services systems and workflows
• Long-term, stable position with opportunities for growth and advancement
