We are looking for a licensed agent, or someone actively completing coursework, who wants to learn to build a consistent commercial business while earning rewarding commissions in a supportive environment focused on performance and results.


You will work closely with experienced commercial professionals who will guide you through each stage of the business. From learning how to identify opportunities and manage transactions to developing negotiation and client relationship skills, you will gain hands on experience through mentorship, coaching, and active deal flow.


First year earning potential when hitting goals: $170,000+


This opportunity provides proven systems, marketing resources, and strong administrative support that allow you to focus on what drives production, including building relationships, growing your pipeline, and closing profitable commercial deals.

Compensation:

$170,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
  • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
  • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
  • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally

Qualifications:
  • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
  • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • A real estate license is required
  • Sales experience
