Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Create and update course materials, lesson plans, and presentations on real estate principles, laws, and market practices.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals or teams, both in-person and online.
- Performance Assessment: Evaluate student learning through assignments, quizzes, and performance monitoring, providing constructive feedback to enhance outcomes.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of new real estate trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Student Support: Provide individualized guidance and support to help agents succeed in their professional development.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales leads, HR, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programs that support sales goals and business objectives.
- Program Improvement: Gather data on training effectiveness and sales performance to measure ROI and develop strategies for ongoing improvement and learning retention.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Real Estate Expertise: A strong foundation in real estate principles, laws, practices, and market dynamics.
- Field Experience: Proven experience working as a real estate agent or in a related sales role, providing practical, real-world insights.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Instructional Skills: Ability to design and deliver engaging training, create course materials, and assess learning effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online training platforms, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and report on data to measure training impact and ROI.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and inspire others to achieve goals.
