As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales and rentals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will represent the company in all client interactions, provide expert guidance on Dubai’s real estate laws and procedures, and work closely with developers to promote projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential buyers, tenants, and investors through calls, meetings, and online platforms.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property laws in Dubai.
  • Promote off-plan and ready properties through social media, listings, and CRM campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate client records using Zoho CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with developers for project details, pricing, and availability updates.
  • Prepare and submit necessary RERA and DLD forms (A, B, F).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Represent Vista Oasis at property events, launches, and exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Languages required Russian, Spanish, Iranian, Chinese.
  • Presentable, confident, and client-oriented personality.
  • Strong communication skills
