About the Role

Join a high-performance brokerage selling premium units across Egypt. You’ll convert qualified leads into happy homeowners through expert consulting, sharp negotiations, and seamless guidance from first call to contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and map client needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, arrange site tours, and tailor payment plans.
  • Negotiate offers, coordinate bookings/contracts with developers, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline hygiene.
  • Hit monthly targets for meetings, conversion, and revenue.

Requirements

  • 0 –5 years in real estate sales (primary or resale); juniors are welcome.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation; presentable and target-driven.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic Speaker
  • CRM proficiency
  • Car is a plus.
