Job Title: Real Estate Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative with at least 1.5 years of experience in real estate sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, has excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently
• Commission-based role (no basic salary)
