Position: Real Estate Consultant

As a Real Estate Consultant at Hogar Properties, you will play a leading role in connecting clients with Dubai’s most sought-after developments, transforming visions into valuable investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage premium property portfolios including sales, leasing, and off-plan transactions.
• Conduct client consultations to understand investment goals and preferences.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from viewings to negotiations and successful closures.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s evolving real estate trends, market insights, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of real estate experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid RERA certification or real estate license (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and performance-driven attitude.
