Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local property market and a proven track record of successful sales and client management. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire process of buying, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and online platforms. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Expertise & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations, investment opportunities, and current market trends.
Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, and tenants to secure favorable deals and facilitate smooth transactions. Proven strong sales ability and closing skills are essential.
Transaction Management: Manage the entire sales/leasing cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and closing. Coordinate with all parties involved, including legal counsel and lenders.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all legal paperwork, contracts, and agreements (e.g., MOUs, POAs) are accurately prepared and comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.
Marketing: Promote properties effectively through online portals, social media, and professional networks, working in conjunction with our marketing team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a property consultant/agent, preferably within the Dubai real estate market.
Licensing: Must be RERA qualified or in the process of obtaining RERA certification.
Sales Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are a must. A proven record of achieving sales targets is highly valued.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and the current real estate landscape in Dubai.
Transportation: Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages (Arabic) is a significant advantage due to our diverse client base.
Soft Skills: A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. A customer-first mindset is crucial.
