- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed market analyses, including property valuations, neighborhood trends, and investment potential.
- Monitor industry developments, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, or proposals based on market insights.
Property Search, Listing & Transactions
- Identify suitable properties that meet client requirements.
- Assist with property showings, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
Marketing & Networking
- Develop marketing strategies for property listings, including digital platforms, social media, and open houses.
- Network with other real estate professionals, developers, lenders, and legal advisors.
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry gatherings.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details.
- Stay updated with licensing requirements, best practices, and legal changes.
