Job Purpose:

The Real Estate Consultant is responsible for providing professional guidance and support to clients throughout the property buying, selling, and leasing processes. The position aims to ensure an excellent client experience, maintain strong market knowledge, and achieve sales targets while upholding the company’s standards and values. The consultant is also expected to represent the company in the best possible manner in all client interactions and market engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide professional advice and guidance to clients regarding buying, selling, and leasing properties.

· Conduct property viewings and ensure clients receive accurate information about available listings.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and competitive activities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.

· Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

· Prepare and present property options, proposals, and required documents to clients.

· Coordinate with landlords, developers, and other real estate agencies as needed.

· Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and local regulations.

· Meet assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

· Represent the company in a professional manner in all market engagements and client interactions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in related field.

· The candidate must have at least 6 months of sales experience

·Must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online property platforms.

· Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.

· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and market conditions.

· Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
