Real Estate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate market analysis, track property prices, and identify key trends.
• Provide clients with strategic advice on property options that match their needs and budget.
• Evaluate properties and prepare comprehensive financial feasibility and ROI reports.
• Manage and facilitate property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing (residential and commercial).
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing terms with property owners, investors, and stakeholders.
• Verify property documentation, including ownership deeds, permits, zoning, and legal compliance.
• Prepare and deliver professional property proposals, presentations, and investment plans.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with investors, developers, property owners, and brokers.
• Organize and conduct property site visits, guiding clients through inspections and decision-making.
• Manage client portfolios, maintain accurate records, and update CRM systems regularly.
• Ensure all advisory and transactional activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
