Job Description: Real Estate Agent (UAE)

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire transaction process.

This position is ideal for individuals who have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property sales, purchases, and rentals
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties accordingly
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on offers, contracts, and related documentation
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property records
• Stay informed about UAE real estate market trends, laws, and regulations

Requirements

• Valid UAE real estate license or eligibility to work as a real estate agent
• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of UAE property laws and market trends is an added advantage
