Job Description

JAYINE REAL ESTATE LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales or leasing and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
• Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market advice
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and market trends
• Prepare and manage contracts and transaction documentation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
