Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional real-estate solutions to investors and end-users in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.

2. Property Advisory & Market Guidance

Provide accurate market insights, pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and investment recommendations.

3. Lead Management & Conversion

Handle company-generated leads and self-sourced leads professionally, ensuring high conversion rates.

4. Property Marketing & Promotion

Promote listings through digital platforms, social media, portals, and networking channels.

5. Negotiation & Deal Closure

Lead negotiations between parties and successfully close transactions while protecting client interests.

6. Transaction Coordination

Manage documentation, contracts, compliance requirements, and coordinate with legal teams and developers.

7. Viewing & Client Experience Management

Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings with a high standard of professionalism.

8. Portfolio & Pipeline Management

Maintain an organized database of listings, clients, and transaction pipelines.

9. Market Research & Reporting

Track market trends, competitor activity, and submit regular performance and market reports.

10. Brand Representation & Compliance

Represent the company’s brand with integrity while following RERA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Highly self-motivated, target-oriented mindset

Professional appearance and conduct

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
