· Database calling to build your own portfolio of properties.

· Keeping up to date on market knowledge and trends.

· Building connection with clients and strong working relationships.

· Determine client’s needs and financial abilities and propose solutions that match their requirements.

· Conducting viewings and have the ability to negotiate offers in order to close deals.

· Self-Motivated, honest and target driven.

·رخصة القيادة.
