Job Title: Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Market

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE real estate market knowledge with proven experience in selling off-plan and secondary (ready) properties. You will be responsible for client acquisition, property sales, deal closures, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell off-plan and secondary market properties across Dubai and UAE
• Generate and manage client leads and investor portfolios
• Conduct property viewings and project presentations
• Negotiate and close property transactions
• Maintain accurate client and deal records in CRM
• Stay updated on new launches, pricing, and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience (mandatory)
• Proven track record in off-plan and secondary market sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong advantage
• RERA certification is preferred
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused
