Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on real estate opportunities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to inform client decisions.
- Manage and update property listings, and prepare properties for viewing.
- Host property showings and walk clients through available options.
- Assist clients in negotiations, contracts, and closing procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Keep clients informed about industry trends, values, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and use CRM tools for client and listing management.
