We are expanding our sales force and are looking for ambitious, driven real estate consultants to join us on a commission-based structure.
Role Overview
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for converting high-quality, company-provided leads into successful property transactions. The role is performance-driven and suited for individuals who are confident in client handling, negotiation, and closing deals in the Dubai real estate market.
The company will provide 100% qualified leads, enabling consultants to focus primarily on client conversion and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert pre-qualified leads provided by the company
- Advise clients on Dubai real estate investment opportunities (off-plan and secondary market)
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide end-to-end sales support
- Negotiate deals and coordinate with developers, sellers, and buyers
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and Dubai property laws
- Update CRM regularly with client interactions, follow-ups, and deal status
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth deal execution and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate sales (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Dubai property market and RERA regulations
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to confidently handle high-value clients and investors
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset
- Basic CRM knowledge and ability to manage leads efficiently
- Professional appearance and conduct suitable for client-facing meetings
Compensation Structure
- Commission-based role
- High commission payouts per successful deal
