Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analyses, developing client relationships, negotiating deals, providing property tours, and staying informed of market trends and legal regulations to provide expert guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and understanding of the luxury property market
• Strong Sales and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Negotiation and deal closing
• Ability to provide client education and Training on property investment opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
• Previous experience in high-end real estate markets is preferred
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
