Real Estate Consultant

Ownerss International Real Estate is expanding its international team and is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing company in Dubai.

This is a commission-based role ideal for driven professionals who want to build a successful career in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

You will be working with a diverse client base, including UK, US, and Canadian clients, and will be responsible for managing property sales and client relationships across Dubai’s secondary and off-plan markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for off plan & secondary market
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions
• Provide expert advice on Dubai real estate market trends
• Work closely with the sales and administrative team

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Mandatory) – strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with UK, US, and Canadian clients
• Minimum 6 months experience in real estate (secondary market preferred)
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• European market experience is an advantage
