Salary & Commission

Option 1 – Commission Only

• 60% Flat Commission on every successful sale

Option 2 – Salary + Commission

• Monthly Salary (applicable after completing at least 1 sale in a month)
• 50% Flat Commission on every successful sale
• Monthly Meeting Bonus

Note:

• 1 sale in a month = Salary + 50% Commission + Meeting Bonus
• No sale = No salary, but you can still earn the Meeting Bonus by achieving your meeting targets.

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Sales or real estate experience is preferred
