• Actively identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Provide detailed product/service information and address client inquiries professionally.
• Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, and guide clients through the sales process.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with efficiency and professionalism.
• Track and manage leads, maintaining accurate sales records and documentation.
• Stay updated on market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company positively at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

• Applicants must currently reside within the UAE — this is essential due to the nature of the role.
• Commission-Based Only — suitable for individuals fully comfortable working without a basic salary.
• Strong passion for sales, business development, and client interaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your own schedule.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial, especially in real estate, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles — but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
• Professional appearance and behavior, with a commitment to representing the company with integrity.
• Flucency in English & Hindi is mandatory ( INDIAN )
