Kredium is an international real estate and mortgage brokerage with teams across the UAE, Serbia, and the US. We're looking for Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai team, specializing in off-plan sales. As the Master Agency for Skyline Developers, we offer our agents exclusive access to premium projects in JVC, giving you a competitive edge and unmatched inventory in one of Dubai's fastest-growing communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investment partners.
• Advise clients on suitable projects based on their investment goals and financial capabilities.
• Stay informed on current and upcoming project launches, payment plans, and developer offerings.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings to showcase available projects.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and admin teams to generate and convert qualified leads.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM.
• Continuously develop market knowledge to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in French, Spanish, Persian, German, Turkish or Mandarin (additional languages are a plus)
• Results-driven, proactive, and client-focused
• UAE driving license (preferred)
• High-performance Commission structures.
