Real Estate Consultant – Residential & Commercial

Art House Real Estate is a fast-growing property agency headquartered in Doha, specializing in residential and commercial real estate services. We manage the leasing and sale of apartments, villas, compounds, and entire buildings throughout Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales and leasing process for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and lead negotiations with confidence and professionalism
• Support landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout each stage of the transaction
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
• Generate and maintain property listings through company-generated leads and proactive outreach
• Offer market-based advice on pricing, regulations, and current real estate trends
• Stay informed about Qatar’s property market updates and legal requirements
• Represent Art House Real Estate with integrity and a high standard of professionalism

Requirements

• Previous real estate experience in Qatar is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid Qatar driver’s license
