experienced and motivated Secondary Agents
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

Advise clients on investment opportunities, project details, and payment plans.

Conduct market research and stay updated on new project launches and market trends.

Attend project briefings, client meetings, and property events.

Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
-
Minimum
1–2 years of experience
in the
Dubai real estate market

An area specialist with strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
-
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
-
RERA certification
and
UAE driving license
(preferred).
