Real Estate Content Creator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Real Estate Content Creator to produce high-quality digital content that promotes our property listings, brand presence, and agents across social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands Dubai real estate, knows how to create engaging, conversion-driven content, and can turn listings into viral and premium-looking posts.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation

• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for:
• Property listings (sales & rentals)
• Off-plan launches
• Agent branding & walkthroughs
• Market updates & investor-focused content
• Shoot and edit property walkthrough videos, lifestyle clips, and agent-led videos
• Design static posts, carousels, and stories (using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

Social Media Management

• Manage content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook
• Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags
• Stay updated with real estate trends, audio trends, and viral formats
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Create content focused on lead generation and inquiries
• Support campaigns for:
• New listings
• Distress deals
• Exclusive mandates
• Developer launches
• Collaborate with sales agents to highlight:
• Their listings
• Success stories
• Personal branding

Planning & Coordination

• Maintain a content calendar
• Coordinate with agents for shoots and approvals
• Ensure timely posting and performance tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
