REAL ESTATE CONTENT CREATOR

About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Videographer & Content Creator who can produce cinematic visuals, high-impact photography, and performance-driven social media content for luxury real estate. You’ll be responsible for capturing properties at their best, creating engaging digital content, and managing our online presence to attract buyers, investors, and tenants. If you’re a creator who understands both visual storytelling and digital performance, this role is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Video Editing

• Shoot cinematic property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, agent profiles, and brand stories
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, and gimbal stabilizers with expert control
• Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads, and website content
• Create motion graphics, animated text, and dynamic transitions
• Color-grade footage for a polished, luxury aesthetic
• Produce short-form content optimized for high engagement and retention

Photography

• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, lifestyle, and architectural photos
• Retouch and enhance images for listings, portals, and marketing campaigns
• Shoot portrait and lifestyle content for agents and brand storytelling
• Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and visual style

Social Media & Digital Content Management

• Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Linkedin
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Write captions, hooks, and content descriptions optimized for engagement
• Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance
• Coordinate with agents and marketing team for timely content delivery
• Upload and optimize content for real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)

Creative & Marketing Support

• Design basic graphics for social media, ads, and marketing materials
• Assist in creating landing page visuals and conversion-focused creatives
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual assets
• Support ad campaigns with creative assets for Meta and Google platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Communication, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in videography, photography, and content creation (real estate preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing video work, photography, and social media content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and Capcut.
• Hands-on experience operating cameras and gimbal stabilizers is mandatory
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content performance
• Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver content quickly without compromising quality
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple shoots and deadlines

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
