We are seeking dynamic and creative female Real Estate Content Creator + Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a passion for real estate, skilled in creating engaging content for social media, and capable of converting leads into successful off plan sales.
This hybrid role combines content creation, marketing, and sales-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and loves showcasing luxury properties while closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and manage engaging real estate content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop video tours, market updates, and lifestyle content to promote new off plan projects.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through social media and digital campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct property presentations and project briefings for clients.
- Coordinate with developers and marketing teams to stay updated on new launches and offers.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and close deals effectively.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (due to brand and campaign representation).
- Proven experience in real estate sales and/or social media content creation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confident on camera with an engaging personality.
- Excellent understanding of Dubai's off plan real estate market.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
