Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Contract Manager to lead the negotiation, review, and management of real estate agreements. In this pivotal role, you will ensure all contracts align with legal standards, company policies, and strategic objectives. Your expertise will drive efficient procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance adherence across a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions. Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate contracts including leases, purchase agreements, and vendor agreements with precision and strategic insight.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle using advanced document management systems such as DocuSign, ERP platforms like PeopleSoft or Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including legal, procurement, finance, and business development—to align contract terms with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough research on applicable laws such as UCC law, federal acquisition regulations, intellectual property law, and other relevant legal frameworks to inform contract negotiations.
  • Oversee vendor management activities by evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and maintaining strong contractor relationships.
  • Ensure all contractual documents are properly stored, tracked, and updated within records management systems to facilitate audit readiness and compliance management.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to contract processes or policy updates to optimize efficiency and reduce risk exposure.

Experience

  • Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or contract management within a real estate or related industry environment.
  • Strong background in legal drafting, document review, and negotiation of complex contracts involving property transactions or leasing arrangements.
  • Familiarity with UCC law, federal acquisition regulations, ERP systems (such as PeopleSoft), Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of technical writing for proposals or pricing strategies is highly desirable.
  • Experience in research related to legal compliance issues affecting real estate transactions is preferred. Pay: $60,770.71 - $73,186.23 per year
