Job Overview:
Platinum Group Realty LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to support our growing team in Al Rayyan. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating property transactions, and providing administrative and client-facing support to agents and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property listings, including preparing documentation, uploading listings, and updating databases
- Act as a point of contact between clients, agents, developers, and legal parties
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing contracts, lease agreements, and transaction paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with local real estate regulations
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating advertising materials and social media updates
- Handle inquiries from clients professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate coordination or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
