We are currently looking for a professional and well-organized Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations between sales agents, marketing, and management teams
- Handle and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and internal appointments
- Maintain and update CRM records, leads, and property data
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Monitor and follow up on leads to ensure timely response
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and internal communication materials
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency within the team
- Support general office coordination and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in coordination, admin, or real estate preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Immediate availability is an advantage

- Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
- Prior experience in real estate brokerage environment is an advantage
Salary Details
- Starting from AED 3,000 per month and will be discussed based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
