Real Estate Data & Market Research Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Data & Market Research Coordinator to support our daily operations.

This role is responsible for collecting, updating, and organizing the latest Dubai real estate market information, including developer updates, project launches, pricing trends, and market news, while ensuring timely communication with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and update the latest Dubai real estate market data on a daily basis
• Monitor new project launches, developer announcements, pricing updates, and market trends
• Maintain organized databases and reports for internal use
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, and external partners to obtain project information and marketing materials
• Prepare regular market summaries and updates for the marketing team
• Track competitor activities, promotions, and market movements
• Support the marketing team with property-related research and data requests
• Organize and maintain property documents, project information, and related records

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, market research, operations, or data coordination is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Based in Dubai
