What You’ll Be Doing

• Connecting with property owners to see if they’re open to selling
• Finding off-market opportunities in your area or virtually
• Having real conversations and building genuine rapport
• Gathering property details and pre-qualifying sellers
• Submitting potential deals to our team for review
• Working alongside us to help move deals toward closing

Compensation

• 40%–60% commission on net deal profits ($400 - $12,000)
• No cap on earnings
