  • Coordinate with the direct supervisor in preparing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the institution’s buildings and facilities.

  • Follow up on the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance works in cooperation with contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with approved schedules.

  • Conduct on-site supervision of maintenance works (electrical, mechanical, and civil) to ensure quality execution and adherence to approved technical specifications.

  • Review periodic maintenance reports and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce recurring failures.

  • Review and verify financial payments related to maintenance contracts in comparison with executed works and approved bills of quantities.

  • Monitor maintenance requests for the institution’s properties, including villas of orphans and those under guardianship, in accordance with the direct supervisor’s instructions.

  • Coordinate with government entities, consultants, and contractors to finalize all administrative and technical aspects related to maintenance contracts.

  • Implement field inspection programs for the institution’s properties, identify maintenance needs, and submit technical recommendations.

  • Participate in preparing the annual maintenance budget and related development programs.

  • Prepare monthly and annual maintenance reports and analyze performance to improve operational procedures.

  • Take part in preliminary and final acceptance committees for maintenance works and follow up on contractors’ obligations during the warranty period.

  • Perform any other related duties within the maintenance or administrative development scope as assigned by the direct supervisor.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; no experience required
