Job Summary
One of our clients are looking for Real Estate Development Manager who is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering real estate development projects from concept through completion. This role oversees feasibility studies, land acquisition, design coordination, financial analysis, approvals, construction progress, and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new real estate development opportunities, including land acquisition and redevelopment projects.

Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modeling to assess project viability and return on investment (ROI).

Prepare development strategies, budgets, timelines, and business cases for approval.

Manage the full development lifecycle from concept, design, approvals, construction, to project handover.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities.

Oversee project budgets, cash flow, contracts, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, building codes, and environmental standards.

Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and risk management.

Manage negotiations with landowners, investors, partners, and service providers.

Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Support leasing, sales, and asset management teams during commercialization phases.

Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve development issues proactively.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in real estate development or large-scale construction projects.

Strong knowledge of feasibility studies, project finance, and development regulations.

Experience managing mixed-use, residential, commercial, or hospitality developments.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Excellent financial analysis and budgeting capabilities.
