Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Generate qualified buyer and investor leads for Dubai real estate projects.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Maintain lead databases and provide regular performance reports.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify new marketing channels and strategies to increase lead volume and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate lead generation, preferably in the Dubai/UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
• Understanding of buyer behavior and property investment trends.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
