Real Estate Disposition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Disposition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sale and transfer of real estate assets, building strong relationships with buyers, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. This role does not require a real estate license and is perfect for individuals with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. The Disposition Specialist will play a key role in maximizing returns on property sales and supporting our company’s growth.

Duties

• Conduct market research to identify buyer trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Prepare and present detailed property listings and marketing materials.
• Manage the entire disposition process, including buyer outreach, negotiations, and contract coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of property sales, offers, and client communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to buyers, investors, and stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth closings and timely documentation.
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse client base when necessary.
• Support marketing efforts by analyzing buyer feedback and market responses to listings.

Experience

• Experience in real estate sales, dispositions, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in administrative tasks or customer service is highly valued.
• Ability to analyze market data and property information to inform sales strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or real estate transaction software is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a significant asset.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
