Compensation

• Base salary: $3,000/month ($36,000/year)
• Commission: 2% on closed assignments
• Tiered commission: 3% on months with $150,000+ in assignment fees
• Estimated total compensation range: $70,000–$108,000/year, depending on individual performance and deal volume (not guaranteed)

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• In-office only (Brickell, Miami, FL)

Role Overview

The Dispositions Sales Representative markets assigned off‑market properties to our investor network, manages a high‑volume pipeline, and negotiates terms through closing. This role collaborates closely with acquisitions, underwriting, and transaction coordination to ensure timely, compliant closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Market available properties to a vetted investor database through compliant email/SMS campaigns and phone outreach using approved tools
• Conduct investor discovery, share deal details, schedule property walkthroughs, and coordinate showings with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate pricing and terms with investors to maximize assignment value while maintaining deal integrity and timelines
• Manage 20–40 active opportunities in CRM; document activity, next steps, and deal statuses
• Partner with acquisitions, underwriting, and transaction coordination to move deals from contract to funding
• Maintain accurate records, follow company processes, and adhere to legal and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in real estate dispositions, acquisitions, wholesaling, investment sales, or closely related inside sales experience
• Proficiency with phone-based sales, email/SMS outreach tools, and CRM pipeline management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent deals, prioritize tasks, and meet timelines
• In-office presence in Brickell (Miami, FL)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with off‑market assignments/wholesale transactions
• Familiarity with investor buy boxes, underwriting basics, and property walkthrough coordination
• Fluency in Spanish a plus
