Excellent time management and organizational skills
Configure D365 CRM to suit the customer’s requirements.
Blueprint document & Fit-Gap analysis and conduct User Training.
Prepare functional specifications to address process gaps.
To configure the application, analyze and upload the data.
Identify change requests/developments.
Interact with customers /Stakeholders at the Customer site to understand any challenges.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide simulation and track the resolution of issues.
Monitor issues through the Ticket tracking system and ensure ticket closure within SLA.
Liaise/communicate with Microsoft on tickets needing Microsoft assistance.
